CALENDAR & itineraries

The Instrumental Music & Dance Program maintains a master calendar for use by all participants - band, dance, guard, percussion, boosters, etc.

• It is updated as often as new information is available
• Check the "version" date in the upper left to make sure your calendar is current
• Itineraries do not appear on the calendar. 
• The information contained in an itinerary is ALWAYS the most current and correct information

The Master Calendar

• Rehearsal dates and times
• Performance dates and times
• Booster (BSRIMA) meeting dates
• Some school related information (i.e. prom, graduation,etc.)
• School Holidays

Event Itineraries

Event itineraries are posted on the Weekly News page. Click this link for the Weekly News Page or use the drop down menu above.  Itineraries include the following information:

• The most current times
• Locations or events
• Schedules for the students
• Links to the map for each event
